Huge fire in Warsaw shopping center
A major fire has raged in a shopping center in Warsaw. According to the fire brigade, the 250 by 250 meter building was more than 80 percent ablaze. Large black clouds could be seen above the Polish capital.
The fire was reported around 4 a.m., according to Polish media. In the hours that followed, about 180 firefighters were deployed. The fire was under control at 7:45 am.
Dozens of shops were located in the shopping center in the north of Warsaw. Part of the roof has collapsed. As far as we know, no one was injured.
